Mark Whitworth started his journey into voice acting in childhood by mimicking voices and accents of various cartoon characters and British comedians. At one point, he had been speaking in accents for so many hours, when his mom asked, "Can you just be yourself for ten minutes?" he realized he'd forgotten how to sound like himself. He performed various impressions and accents for friends and family, but it wasn't until moving to Seattle that he was bitten by the performance bug. Mark has had training, coaching, and mentoring from some of the top names in the industry. He now lends his plethora of voices and accents to audio books, animation, and radio theater. He is also the assistant organizer of the Seattle Voice-Over Meetup. A versatile voice actor with ART, Mark has played a Scottish scholar, an English lover, a smooth-talking master criminal, a western saloon owner, a nostalgic Russian journalist, a crazed, mutant-slimed farmer from Eastern Washington and many more.
